This animation was developed as a motion graphics response to a short supply chain script about global seafood logistics. The goal was to translate an abstract operational topic into a clear and engaging visual story.

I began with rough storyboard sketches and visual concept exploration, then developed key frames and compositions using a photographic paper-cut style. Assets were sourced and arranged to support clarity and pacing, followed by staged animation in After Effects.
